Are the prices on the website final?
No. Website prices are starting prices. We send the final price after checking your dates, route, group size, and availability.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once you accept our written quote and pay the deposit on the official invoice. Sending a form or a WhatsApp message is not a booking.
Do you serve international travellers?
Yes. English-speaking drivers and guides are available, and we can pick you up at the airport or your hotel.
Can the itinerary be changed?
Yes. Every itinerary is a starting point and can be adjusted: length, hotels, activities, and vehicle.
Car rental
What do I need for self-drive rental?
A valid ID or passport and driving licence (International Driving Permit for foreign guests), plus a refundable deposit.
Do rental prices include fuel and tolls?
For city hire with a driver, fuel is usually included. Tolls, parking, and entrance fees are itemised in the quote.
Payment & cancellation
How can I pay?
Bank transfer to the business account shown on the invoice. Other options for international guests are available on request.
Have your own travel plan?
Tell us where, when, and how many people. We put together an itinerary and a quote, usually within a few hours.
